German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) – Innovative Private Sector Development for Employment Promotion (I-PSD)| 2026-2027

Beyond Consulting was contracted by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to provide The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) contracted Beyond Consulting to provide technical support to the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) in Jordan to strengthen support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The project aims to support 300 MSMEs in developing high-quality investment proposals, with 210 enterprises expected to receive funding, contributing to business growth and the creation of approximately 300 new jobs.

Beyond Consulting was contracted by JAPA to support the development of its Strategic Plan and Governance Framework, aimed at strengthening the Association’s institutional effectiveness and long-term sustainability. The engagement included conducting organizational and stakeholder assessments, defining strategic priorities and measurable objectives, and establishing a governance model and organizational structure to enhance accountability, improve coordination, and support the effective delivery of JAPA’s healthcare initiatives in Jordan.

The Accreditation Unit, Dubai Healthcare City - Strategic Planning| 2018

Beyond Consulting in collaboration with the Healthcare Accreditation Council (HCAC), supported Dubai Healthcare City in establishing a dedicated healthcare accreditation unit. The assignment focused on designing the unit’s strategic and operational foundations and supporting its successful attainment of ISQua accreditation. The scope of work included the development of a comprehensive strategic plan, detailed operational plans, an organizational structure, and a clear mandate defining roles, responsibilities, and governance arrangements, positioning the unit as a credible and internationally aligned accreditation body.

Ministry of Transportation – Biac | 2025

Beyond Consulting was contracted by Biac to conduct a comprehensive situational analysis of the transportation and logistics ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The engagement aimed to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations to the Ministry of Transportation, with a focus on enhancing the startup and entrepreneurial landscape within the sector. The scope included mapping key stakeholders, identifying systemic challenges, benchmarking international best practices and leading countries, and formulating a robust strategy to foster innovation, support emerging ventures, and position KSA as a regional hub for logistics and transportation startups.

Feasibility Study – Angstrom Billing | 2026 

Beyond Consulting was contracted by Angstrom Billing to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and equity valuation to support the company’s next phase of growth. The engagement included assessing Angstrom Billing’s current operating model and analyzing market opportunities in the United States in the fields of medical billing and revenue cycle management. It also involved developing structured growth and market-entry scenarios supported by multi-year financial projections and valuation models. The assignment concluded with the preparation of investor-ready reports and presentations to support discussions with external stakeholders and potential investors.

U.S. Market Entry Strategy – Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company (JPM)

Beyond Consulting was contracted by the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company (JPM) to develop an export plan and support the company’s entry into the U.S. market; the project included conducting market and regulatory assessments, classifying products according to U.S. standards, and identifying priority states. Furthermore, the assignment involved establishing an implementation timeline covering core launch and expansion activities, alongside branding, pricing, marketing, and sales strategies, while evaluating market entry options such as direct export, e-commerce, agents, or licensing.

Maharah, Tadbeer Centers – Feasibility Study and Growth Plan| 2018   

Beyond Consulting supported Maharah in the preparation of a feasibility study and growth plan for expanding its operations into the UAE market through Tadbeer centers. The engagement assessed market demand, regulatory and operational requirements, service delivery models, and financial viability within the Tadbeer framework. The project culminated in a structured growth roadmap outlining market entry strategy, operating model options, projected financial performance, and key success factors to support informed investment and expansion decisions

Awqaf Study – Itmam Consulting | 2025   

Beyond Consulting was contracted by Itmam Consulting to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the Awqaf sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on the "nazarah" model examining its regulatory framework, prevailing conditions, key challenges, and areas for improvement. The project encompassed extensive stakeholder engagement through two national workshops attended by over 80 participants, as well as international benchmarking across 10 countries. In addition, the team conducted consultations with more than 30 national and global experts to inform the development of enhanced models for "nazarah" that align with global best practices and support the sector’s long-term sustainability and impact.

Feasibility Study for the Establishment of a Heart, Vascular, and Neurosurgery Center in Jordan – Association of Jordanian American Physicians | 2026

Beyond Consulting was contracted by the Association of Jordanian American Physicians to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the establishment of the National Center for Heart, Vascular, and Neurosurgery in Amman, Jordan; the project included evaluating the current healthcare ecosystem in cardiology and neurosurgery, reviewing relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, and engaging key stakeholders and experts, as well as conducting regional and international benchmarking to assess service offerings, governance structures, and financing models to support the development of a sustainable center of excellence aligned with global best practices.

The project encompassed a comprehensive Current State Assessment and Environmental Scan, integrating advanced diagnostic tools such as the InnoSurvey® Innovation Culture Score, McKinsey 7S analysis, competencies mapping, and financial performance review.

GIZ MSME Financial Literacy Score Study in JORDAN | 2025

Beyond Consulting was contracted by GIZ to in collaboration with the Central Bank of Jordan, to conduct a national survey assessing the levels of financial literacy among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Jordan. The assessment was carried out using the OECD/INFE Core Competencies Framework for Financial Literacy. The project included surveying more than 1,000 MSMEs across all governorates of Jordan and developing recommendations to enhance financial literacy and promote the sustainability of these enterprises.

Jood Business – Strategic Plan | 2025

Beyond Consulting was contracted by Tasamy to develop the strategic plan 2025-2027 of Jood Business Center the executive arm of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing through analyzing the current assessment of the center including internal and external analysis. A benchmark was conducted in order adapt best practices in developing it’s strategic plan. Moreover, the strategy has been aligned with the ministry’s strategic directions and 2030 vision.

USAID – BGA – ONE TO MANY  EXPORTS | 2024

Beyond Consulting was contracted by the USAID Business Growth Activity to support the “Exporting Services to the Saudi Market” initiative, which helped sixteen small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from Jordan’s service sector successfully enter the Saudi market. The initiative, covering sectors such as Information and Communication Technology (ICT), training, consulting, and logistics, aimed to expand market opportunities for Jordanian service providers in Saudi Arabia. The project facilitated significant growth for these SMEs, with six securing business deals and two forming partnership agreements. Over 120 business development interventions led to 11 deals and five high-impact strategic partnerships, generating an export value of SAR 1.7 million.

Beyond Consulting, in partnership with USAID, developed 7,000+ unified job descriptions across 98 government entities as part of Jordan’s public-sector modernization. The project also built a competency-based electronic system to support restructuring, new job creation, and stronger HR governance.

Revised national human rights plan (2021)

Beyond Consulting was contracted, with USAID support, to update and review the National Human Rights Plan (2016–2025) in partnership with the Government Coordinator for Human Rights. Beyond Consulting also supported the minister-led committee in issuing the revised plan.
